RATES: Wedding parties book the entire (7 suites) for two nights, along with the use of the facility which may then be used as a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception venue.
All costs for all outside services are additional and may be arranged directly our inn managers or wedding coordinator.
Receptions and rehearsal dinners are typically catered by an outside caterer. The caterers will be responsible for all clean-up after such affairs.
Any music or entertainment for your event may not exceed past 11 pm.
We can seat up to 25 people indoors at a formal indoor sit-down dinner such as a rehearsal dinner.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payments of 1/3 upon reservation (non-refundable), 1/3 12 weeks prior to wedding date (or a mutually agreed date if lead time between reservation date and actual event is shorter) and 1/3 upon the day of arrival at the inn.
CHILDREN: The inn policy states that no child under the age of 12 years old may be a registered guest of the inn. However, exceptions are made for wedding parties who rent the entire inn and sign a waiver holding the Harborlight Guest House harmless for children's safety while they are on the premises. Toddlers (1-6 year olds) may not be among overnight guests. Young children (12 and below) are restricted to the first floor of the inn.
